The Taiwanese subject collection (1931-2014) includes published materials, memorabilia, and audiovisual materials relating to political, social, and economic conditions in Taiwan, with a specific focus on Taiwan elections. Also includes microfilmed copies of both personal correspondence and government documents pertaining to the Chiang family, including Chiang Kai-shek 蔣介石 (Jiang Jieshi), Chiang Ching-kuo 蔣經國 (Jiang Jingguo), and Soong Mei-ling 宋美齡 (Madame Chiang Kai-shek).
