Abstract:
Ceramic plaques with original hand-drawn images, perhaps depicting Indonesian motifs, and hand-written poetry; stoneware bowls
decorated with calligraphic imagery; silk Japanese scarf with floral design, formerly owned by Nanao Sakaki. Later additions
include Hermes Rocket portable typewriter used by Brandi, various Native American items described by the poet as "artifacts"
(4 wooden Navajo wands, 1 painted Navajo cloth "memory aid", 1 painted Hopi gourd rattle, and 1 piece of Navajo clay pottery),
and a "travel bundle" formerly belonging to Sakaki.

From Brandi's inventory description: " ... rare stoneware bowls made by New Mexico potter Chris Spanovich in the 1980s; decorated
by Nanao Sakaki while he was living in a school bus parked in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains near Taos, N.M. Each bowl measures
6" diamter x 2.5" tall and is adorned with Nanao's calligraphy and with the same face (composed of Japanese characters) that
he drew for the cover of Real Play (Tooth of Time Books, 1981)."
