Abstract:
Chiefly fragments of correspondence and related documents concerning settlement of the Emma J. and John A. Regli estates by
attorneys McGlashan and Searls. Includes three letters, 1888-1891, from the Truckee law offices of C. F. McGlashan to Fred
Searls, Esq., [of Nevada City], and three pages, ca. 1894, by J.L. Lewison & Co. accounting for claims against the Regli estate.
In addition, McGlashan mentions a legal case in which Lewison was served regarding the matter of Henry v. Kruger.
