Albert Steiner was born April 1, 1879 in Brno, now the capital of the Czech Republic. During his childhood his parents moved
to Vienna where he lived and was educated. Prior to emigrating to the United States in 1939, he held a position at the Danube
Steam Ship Company. He worked as an engineer in New Jersey and eventually moved to California in 1955. He died August 25,
1962 in Van Nuys, California.
